One of Queenstown's premier adventure activities, is immersed in an extremely competitive adventure market dominated by the industry big players. Without the marketing budget to compete on a similar level to their larger competitors, had to be inventive. We were brought on by to deliver a digital marketing strategy and to eventually launch their new Dart Canyon adventure and drive awareness. We looked at other competitors in the market in terms of price, positioning, placement and product to inform and educate how we could leverage a digital marketing strategy to ensure an increase of traffic was driven to and awareness for was enhanced.
